2012-present  Vice President – Sea Wonders LLC  Lake Havasu City, AZ. Research and development company focused on dive safety, analysis, and educational materials development. Project development includes adaptive learning systems and multi-platform e Learning environments.

2003-present    Vice President – Scuba Training and Technology Inc. / Tech Diving Limited / Movie Divers Lake Havasu City, AZ. Responsibilities include corporate operations, product development, evaluation, authoring of sales and marketing materials, and diver training programs and texts. Responsible for worldwide diving operations, mobilization and underwater projects. Management and selection of equipment for sales via wholesale, retail, and on-line marketing. Dealer and worldwide distributor for major equipment lines. Other responsibilities include coordination and supervision of diving operations on motion pictures, television, documentaries, research and private expeditions.

2010   Dive Operations Supervisor – Shark Night 3D motion picture. Incentive Filmed Entertainment. Shreveport, LA. (David Ellis, Director) Supervised diving operations including crew of eight divers. Responsibilities included, budgeting operations, production management, marine coordination, safety protocols, equipment management. Hiring and retention of crews. Coordination with union, state, and local authorities. Supervised over 600 production dives.

2009  Dive Operations Coordinator – Piranha 3D Motion Picture. Weinstein Co. (Alexander Aja, Director) Supervised diving operations including crew of twenty four divers. Responsibilities included, budgeting operations, production management, marine coordination, safety protocols, equipment management. Hiring and retention of crews. Coordination with union, state, and local authorities. Supervised over 1,800 production dives.

2003-2005    Regional Manager- Southwest / California – International Training Inc.  Responsibilities include Sales and Training of SW region retail stores and scuba instructors servicing 50 outlets with 600 instructors.

 2000–2003,   Vice President Sales & Marketing, Abyss Dive Systems, Lake Havasu City, AZ.& Boulder Co. Responsibilities include Sales and Marketing of high-technology diving equipment to over 550 retail outlets in the USA. Manage and motivate national sales team of 8, and maintain a personal sales base of over 175 accounts. Other responsibilities include product development, evaluation, authoring of sales and marketing materials. Responsible for capital acquisitions and growing company from a $300k annual software revenue company to a yearly revenue of $2.2million with 1,050 products serving customers worldwide.

1997- 2000   Vice President Operations,   Scuba Training and Travel Co. Bridgeport, CT. Responsibilities include designing, presenting, and marketing technical diving education programs.In addition STT Co conducted diving expeditions and research projects, including digitization of the USS Monitor and the discovery and identification of the SS Lexington in Long Island Sound.

1994-1997   Director, Chief Operating Officer, City Island Hyperbaric Chamber. City Island, NY. Responsibilities included the operation of a 24/7 diver emergency multi-place hyperbaric chamber. Marketing and development, and community outreach. Oversaw a staff of 24 technicians, nurses, EMTs, DMTs, and physicians.

1991-1997  Publisher, Editor, SUB AQUA magazine.  25,000 circulation publication focusing on international diving technology and shipwreck diving. Produced 45 editions at a critical time in the development of technical diving.
